XaraPrint is a brand operated by Harimurti Technologies ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered in India with offices at Surat, Gujarat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase from India is legal in your country of residence.

3. Account Registration

• You may browse without an account; placing orders requires registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate, complete information. False details may lead to cancellation.
• Notify us immediately at support@xaraprint.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Products, Pricing, and Currency

Prices are displayed in USD by default. Payment gateways may show local currency depending on your card or location.

Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability. Minor variations in colour, finish, or material may occur. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and SKUs without notice.

5. Placing Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only after we send an Order Confirmed email following payment success and file verification.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm ownership or licensing rights for all uploaded content. You indemnify Harimurti Technologies against any third-party claims.

XaraPrint branding, website content, and design assets remain the property of Harimurti Technologies and may not be reused without permission.

7. Payments

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store card or banking details.

8. Export, Shipping & Customs

All sales are export-only from India. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

9. Compliance & Sanctions

You confirm compliance with applicable export control laws and sanctions regulations. We may reject orders if required.

10. User Conduct

• No unlawful use of the website
• No infringing or illegal uploads
• No bots, scraping, or system interference

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or courier disruptions.

13. Termination

Parties agree to attempt resolution via direct communication, followed by mediation before legal action.
